We have been alerted to random routing problems to various sites/services on the Internet which will prevent some sites etc from loading.
This issue has been traced to a problem with traffic passing via a tier 1 carrier (Level3).
Alternative routing has already resolved issues for customers whose usernames end in @ukadsl.com however the problem remains random for all other broadband customers for whom the issue is still under investigation.

Major server issues - RESOLVED
Since this morning we have been experiencing a hardware issue with one of our server clusters.
This is ongoing and is currently affecting the following services;
Incoming email (POP3, IMAP Webmail)
Outgoing email (Only if using SMTPAuth)
Web sites (ours, control panels, etc)
We are working on a resolution but as yet do not have an estimated time for repair.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing our Customers.
