BT Wholesale Issue - @ukadsl.com Customers Only - RESOLVED

We have seen a number of disconnections around the Scotland area on connections with usernames ending in @ukadsl.com

The disconnections are across 21CN (ADSL2+) and 20CN (ADSL/Max) connections which indicate a possible metro-node issue on the BT Wholesale network.

This has already been reported.

    BTWholesale Outage Update : 2 * 10Gb switches out in the Edinburgh area, engineer enroute.

    We have just been informed the issue is no longer restricted to Scotland and Northern England so we're moving this to a nationwide issue.

    Although most customers came back online around 11:00, the service was still considered "at risk". We have now had a "resolved" notice from BTW and this issue is now closed.
