Routing Issues - RESOLVED

We have been alerted to random routing problems to various sites/services on the Internet which will prevent some sites etc from loading.

This issue has been traced to a problem with traffic passing via a tier 1 carrier (Level3).

Alternative routing has already resolved issues for customers whose usernames end in @ukadsl.com however the problem remains random for all other broadband customers for whom the issue is still under investigation.

  1. Level 3 have determined the cause of the issue identified earlier and are endeavouring to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
