Service Outage Service - Broadband Aggregation Network - RESOLVED.

Time the Outage occurred: on the 30th March 2012 at 11:15 and is still ongoing 
Description: Our Network Monitoring Systems detected a subscriber drop on the BT network.
This is currently affecting a number of subscribers, who have had their sessions disconnected and are currently offline.Egineers are currently investigating.

We are currently investigating an issue with ne w login requests, this is not affectig customers who are already logged on.

Planned Network Upgrades - Monday 19th March 2011

During the evening of Monday 19th March 2011 we will be undertaking a network upgrade/shift from 22:45 onwards.

Work will continue for several hours, during which time services for customers whose account names end in will be deemed at risk.

We will update the status as and when required.

Performance Issues - @accessdsl Customers ONLY - RESOLVED

Customers who's account names end in @accessdsl are currently experiencing random performance issues.

This is currently a known issue with one of our hostlink suppliers and is currently under investigation.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
