Planned Network Upgrades - Monday 19th March 2011

During the evening of Monday 19th March 2011 we will be undertaking a network upgrade/shift from 22:45 onwards.

Work will continue for several hours, during which time services for customers whose account names end in @ukadsl.com will be deemed at risk.

We will update the status as and when required.

  1. The majority of this work has now completed with an average service outage of 50-60 minutes.

    Due to routing propagation, you may however experience getting to some websites etc is problematic, this will clear automatically over the next few hours.

  2. We are still seeing reports from some customers with difficulty reaching some destinations.
    These are mostly to US destinations via Level3 and Cogent links.

    We are working towards a resolution to find out why these carriers are not routing our addresses as required and when they will correct the issue.

  3. Current tests show no current issues with routing indicating the problem has been resolved and the maintenance closed.
