Service Outage Service - Broadband Aggregation Network - RESOLVED.

Time the Outage occurred: on the 30th March 2012 at 11:15 and is still ongoing 
Description: Our Network Monitoring Systems detected a subscriber drop on the BT network.
This is currently affecting a number of subscribers, who have had their sessions disconnected and are currently offline.Egineers are currently investigating.

  1. This appears to only be affecting @ukadsl.com customers who are on ADSLMax services, ADSL2+ / 21CN customers do not appear to be affected.

  2. The issue has been confirmed and is actually only 21CN customers that appear now to be affected.

    Not all 21CN lines are affected and the resolution time is estimated to be ~ 13:30

    Other ISPs have also started to report the same outage on their own system status pages.
