BT Wholesale Issue - @ukadsl.com Customers Only - RESOLVED

We have seen a number of disconnections around the Scotland area on connections with usernames ending in @ukadsl.com

The disconnections are across 21CN (ADSL2+) and 20CN (ADSL/Max) connections which indicate a possible metro-node issue on the BT Wholesale network.

This has already been reported.

Service Outage - Multiple Systems - RESOLVED

We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting multiple services as noted below with their impact;

Outgoing Email - Customers will experience errors, we are working on providing a news outbound email server.

Incoming Email - All customers who utilise our domains for email or have hosted email services will not be able to access any emails stored on our servers, this includes POP3, IMAP & Webmail.  Incoming email is being correctly queued on standby systems awaiting delivery to the main email system.

Websites - Our websites are affected and not resolving, this includes customer control panels etc.

Internal Systems - Our own internal systems are affected meaning we will be unable to deal with some queries in the normal manner/timescales.

Service Outage - Multiple Systems - RESOLVED

We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting multiple services as noted below with their impact;

Outgoing Email - Customers who do not use SMTP auth will still be able to send emails.  Customers who send email from devices whilst not connected to our network will experience errors.

Incoming Email - All customers who utilise our domains for email or have hosted email services will not be able to access any emails stored on our servers, this includes POP3, IMAP & Webmail.  Incoming email is being correctly queued on standby systems awaiting delivery to the main email system.

Websites - Our websites are affected and not resolving, this includes customer control panels etc.

Internal Systems - Our own internal systems are affected meaning we will be unable to deal with some queries in the normal manner/timescales.



We are discussing the issue with our datacentre partners currently and will advise soon.

Internet Service Issue - RESOLVED

We are currently seeing issues affecting performance on all our internet access services including xDSL, FTTC, EFM and Leased Lines.

This is currently being investigated with urgency.

Server Outage - RESOLVED

We are currently investigating a server issue that is affected several databases but mainly incoming email.

Incoming email will be queued for delivery until the issue is resolved.

Service Outage Service - Broadband Aggregation Network - RESOLVED.

Time the Outage occurred: on the 30th March 2012 at 11:15 and is still ongoing 
Description: Our Network Monitoring Systems detected a subscriber drop on the BT network.
This is currently affecting a number of subscribers, who have had their sessions disconnected and are currently offline.Egineers are currently investigating.

Planned Network Upgrades - Monday 19th March 2011

During the evening of Monday 19th March 2011 we will be undertaking a network upgrade/shift from 22:45 onwards.

Work will continue for several hours, during which time services for customers whose account names end in @ukadsl.com will be deemed at risk.

We will update the status as and when required.

Performance Issues - @accessdsl Customers ONLY - RESOLVED

Customers who's account names end in @accessdsl are currently experiencing random performance issues.

This is currently a known issue with one of our hostlink suppliers and is currently under investigation.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
