Incoming Email - RESOLVED

There is currently an issue with incoming emails which are being queued for delivery.
This is under investigation.


  1. Although a workaround has been put in place to allow new sent emails to be delivered (incoming) the backlog of inbound emails still needs cleared.

    The root cause has been resolved and the backlog is now processing and should be completed within an hour or so.

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  2. This issue was fully resolved ~ 15:00
